About Project

It is a sample part made with Creality Rigid UV Resin, which has very high precision. However, if the model has a lot of thin areas or details, deformation may happen during the post curing process. For such models, the DLP Ultra Detail Resin is an ideal material with excellent detail performance and great toughness & stiffness.

Solution

• Step 1: The sample part is just printed for testing, so we don't need to examine the model. No excess supporting structure is required.
• Step 2: 3D print the sample part using Creality's LCD 3D printer and Rigid UV Resin.
• Step 3: Wash with IPA and post-cure it with UV.
