The rose hairband and elegant ear dangle drops are inspired by the Hot Japanese Manga Spy 脳 Family. 3D printing the resin props and painting them with metallic paints is much cheaper than producing metal ones.

Solution

• Step 1: The cosplayer customs the props of Yor Forger from the Japanese anime Spy 脳 Family with the 3D models downloaded from the Internet. The metal prints would have better quality, but resin prints are more affordable.
• Step 2: We arrange the parts in software and add necessary supporting structure. Then 3D print them with SLA Generic Resin. The layer thickness we set is 0.05mm and we control the tolerance within 卤0.1 mm.
• Step 3: When printing is completed, rinse the models with IPA and post-cure them with UV. Cut off all the supports, then polish with sandpaper.
• Step 4: The client chooses to color the prints by herself with golden paint, so the color of the silk flower, earrings and hairband could be the same.
