About Project

Fine painting a doll would be more expensive than printing a full-color one, and this effect is much better. From her hair, you can find it's not printed with DLP technology and ultra detail resin, but with SLA technology and a layer thickness of 0.05mm.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the model, especially the assembly tolerance and minimum details.
• Step 2: Add supports and arrange the model in the slicer software. As there are not delicate details on the model, we decide to 3D print it with SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. Then polish to remove the marks.
• Step 4: Color the figure according to the client's blueprint by our experienced painting stuffs.
