It has been more than one year since the deadly helicopter crash. The black mamba has passed away, but people never stop missing him. The order of 3D printing the head statues of Kobe is an example.

Solution

• Step 1: Check the model and add supporting structures around his neck.
• Step 2: For such a small statue, the layer thickness of 0.025 mm is enough for showing all the details.
• Step 3: 3D print the model with DLP Ultra Detail Resin using our desktop 3D printer.
• Step 4: Rinse with IPA and post-cure with UV. Then carefully polish it to remove the marks.
• Step 5: Spray with putty and then painting with brushes. Our painters have 10+ years of experience.
