These transparent eye pieces are ordered by a robot amateur. Our start price for SLA 3D printing is $25, and every piece sold for $8, so he bought 3 pieces.
Transparent parts are hard to make for household desktop 3D printers, which are mostly FDM printers. Although CNC milling technology can also process PMMA board, in our suggestion the best solution is absolutely printing with SLA clear resin, which costs less.

Solution

• Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the model and make a screenshot as a confirmation of the dimensions.
• Step 2: Arrange the placement and add supporting structures. Then 3D print it with our industrial SLA 3D printer using SLA Clear Resin.
• Step 3: Break the supports and rinse with IPA. Polish the parts carefully to make it transparent as required.
