About Project

The 14"*4.5" and 1mm thick plate ordered by our client seems like a signboard. As requested, the black parts on his blueprints need to be cut out, and the rest part should be coated with red.

Solution

• Step 1: Check the SVG file to make sure everything is correct.
• Step 2: Set the energy of the laser to cut out the holes, letters, numbers, and the fishbone pattern.
• Step 3: Paint the steel plate in red with the powder coating technique.
