About Project

Having the ability to print oversized models, we received an order of 3D printing the 2.4m front bumper in the SLA printer with resin. Of course, the material resin is not strong enough for making end products. This giant front bumper model is served as a prototype for the R&D and verification process.

Solution

• Step 1: 3D modeling based on our client's blueprints.
• Step 2: 3D printing through our special SLA printer with resin.
• Step 3: Post-processing, including support removal, sanding, etc.
